What I am, and what I am not
I am Christa Cummings, a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist, license MA107945, and a Functional Health Coach. I am certified in functional nutrition through the Functional Nutrition Alliance.
I am not a physician, a licensed nutritionist, a licensed dietitian, or any other licensed medical or clinical provider. Nothing on this site or in my services is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Health coaching is educational
All health coaching services are educational in nature. That includes HTMA results, blood work pattern review, food and lifestyle education, and supplement education and recommendations.
Educational means I teach you what the patterns show and what tends to help, and you decide what to do with it. HTMA screening and blood work pattern review are educational and not diagnostic. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Every health decision remains yours. Nothing I share is a reason to start, stop, or change any medication, and nothing here replaces care from your own doctor.
About lab work
HTMA. I order the hair tissue mineral analysis for you and provide the collection kit. You collect the sample and it goes to the TEI laboratory. The lab fee is included in the price of the service.
Blood work. I do not order blood work. If you would like help analyzing your bloodwork, your own doctor can order the panel, or I can point you to an independent testing service where a licensed clinician orders it for you. Either way a licensed clinician orders it, and my part is reviewing the results with you. Independent testing typically runs $200 to $400 and is paid directly to that service. It is never included in my fee.
Massage therapy
Targeted Therapeutic Massage works with the muscular and fascial systems to ease tension, improve how tissue functions, and support your body's own ability to move and recover. It does not diagnose or treat any medical condition.

Supplements and affiliate disclosure
Supplement education is included in every health coaching service. Supplements themselves are always purchased separately and are never bundled into a price.
Clients get access to a Fullscript dispensary for professional grade products at a discount. I do earn a small amount on products purchased through it. That never affects what I recommend, and you are always free to buy the same things elsewhere.
When HTMA results call for a custom mineral formulation, I can facilitate access to Vykon, a professional formulary. Clients cannot order there directly, so I place the order, and the price covers the formulation work and the product.
I will tell you which brands I prefer and which I have seen work well. None of them is the only acceptable option, and every supplement decision is yours.
Your privacy
What I collect. If you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect your email address and, if you give it, your name. If you become a client, I collect the health history and intake information you share with me, which is held in Practice Better, a HIPAA compliant platform, rather than on this website.
How the website works. This site runs on Ghost. Ghost's built-in analytics does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
What I do with it. Your email address is used to send you the newsletter and to reply to you. Your health information is used to do the work you hired me to do. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone except the services needed to deliver what you asked for, such as the TEI laboratory for an HTMA sample.
Unsubscribing. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works immediately and you never need to ask me.
Client records. Massage therapy records are kept for as long as Florida law requires.
Questions or removal. Email me at christa@nurturewellforlife.com and I will tell you what I hold, or delete it, whichever you want.
Children
This site and my services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
