This is clinical and corrective work, not a relaxation massage. We work with the muscular and fascial systems to ease tension, improve how tissue functions, and support your body's own ability to move and recover.
Techniques vary by what your body needs that day and may include neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, PNF stretching, lymphatic work, visceral manipulation, and deep tissue.
Never bundled, always yours to decide
Supplements themselves are purchased separately. Every client gets access to a Fullscript dispensary for professional grade products at a discount. I do earn a small amount on products purchased through it. That never affects what I recommend, and you are always free to buy the same things elsewhere.
When your HTMA results call for a custom mineral formulation, I can facilitate access to Vykon, a professional formulary that blends to your specific mineral patterns. Clients cannot order there directly, so I place the order. The price covers the formulation work and the product.
I will tell you which brands I prefer and which I have seen work well. None of them is the only acceptable option, and every supplement decision is yours.
What to expect
What actually happens on a discovery call?
We talk. You tell me what has been going on, how long, and what you have already tried. I ask questions. At the end we both decide whether working together is a good fit. If it is not, I will say so.
How does the hair sample work?
I order the test and provide the collection kit, either in person or mailed to you. You collect the sample yourself following the instructions, and it goes to the TEI laboratory. The lab fee is already included in your service price, so there is nothing separate to pay.
Do you order blood work?
No. If blood work would help, your own doctor can order the panel, or I can point you to an independent testing service where a licensed clinician orders it for you. Either way, a licensed clinician orders it and I review the results with you. Independent testing typically runs $200 to $400, paid directly to that service.
How fast will I feel different?
Slower than you want and steadier than you expect. We start by calming inflammation and the nervous system and opening drainage pathways, and those foundations need to be consistent before minerals and supplements do much good. Done is better than perfect. If you get most of your water in and take half your supplements, that is progress and I will treat it that way.
What if I already feel overwhelmed?
Then we pick one thing. When you have five things to work on, you choose the one that feels least overwhelming and start there. When that is steady, we add another. It is called a health practice, not a health perfect.
Is this instead of seeing my doctor?
No. Everything I do is educational and works alongside your medical care, not in place of it. I am not a physician and I do not diagnose or treat anything. When something belongs with your doctor or another licensed provider, I will tell you.
